Acceptable Use Policy

Genjutsu Video is for adults using footage and character references they have permission to use. Outputs are AI-generated. This policy applies to uploads, prompts, and outputs.

1. Pornography and NSFW: do not upload or generate pornography, sexual nudity, sexual violence, or nonconsensual intimate material.

2. Violence and gore: do not generate graphic gore, threats, or content that facilitates real-world violence.

3. Hate speech: do not generate hateful abuse, dehumanization, or incitement against protected groups.

4. Child safety: child sexual abuse material, sexualized depictions of minors, and exploitation of children are prohibited.

5. Deepfakes and impersonation: do not create deceptive impersonations, nonconsensual likeness uses, fabricated evidence, or misleading depictions of public figures. Character editing requires permission from depicted people and must not be presented as authentic footage.

6. Copyright and trademarks: do not upload or generate infringing material, misuse trademarks, or claim endorsement by a model provider.

Our beta applies automated prompt safety checks before generation. Model providers may apply additional safety filters. A dedicated platform output-review stage is still being completed; public credit purchases remain closed during this setup.

Report suspected violations by emailing omelette1205@gmail.com with the result URL or job ID and a description. Reports can be reviewed by the operator, who can remove stored media or suspend access. Do not attach prohibited material to a report.
